I have always sketched. When I was a kid, my mum kept a large jar of old pencils and pens in the kitchen with old envelopes and scraps of paper nearby. Drawing is cheaper than toys and besides, I was always day-dreaming. I have never been to art school nor have I sat in an art class. I studied philosophy instead.
Painting is a hobby. Though a variety of jobs in bookselling and publishing have been paying the bills, writing is the main career. What you see here is for show and for sharing, the result of hours of fun.
